Since 2015, the American Crochet Association has been here to do more than just share patterns or tutorials — my mission has always been to help crocheters learn with clarity, grow their skills with confidence, and feel supported every step of the way.

My goal?

To assure crochet is passed through the generations in better hands than we found it.

Over the last 10 years, the ACA has welcomed makers of all kinds: beginners picking up a hook for the very first time, lifelong learners looking for new techniques, and budding professionals ready to teach, design, or sell their crochet work.

Together, we have built a thriving community where crochet isn’t just a craft — it’s a way to connect, grow, and find joy in our community.

And what better way to celebrate our 10th Anniversary (October 2015 – 2025) than by highlighting some of my favorite things from the last decade?
