Crochet Continuous Rounds
While the instructions for this pattern say that each round is joined with a slip stitch, you can also work this pattern in continuous rounds instead.
Continuous rounds are slightly different than joined rounds, and might take some practice to get right.

How To Measure Your Single Crochet Stitch Basket
Because this single crochet pattern can be made using any yarn, any hook size, and in any size you choose, there is just one simple measuring tip to follow.
You can easily find the size of your single crochet stitch basket when you measure the diameter of your single crochet circle.
Once you have the measurement of the diameter, you can easily calculate the circumference (size) of your finished basket.
Not sure how this works?
Here’s a quick calculator tool designed for crochet hats, but it can easily be used to make and measure this crochet basket too: Easy tip + calculator to measure projects in joined rounds!
