Row 1: Skip 4 Ch (first Dc + 1 skipped Ch), (Dc, Ch 3, Dc) into next Ch, [skip 4 Ch, (Dc, Ch 3, Dc) into next Ch] 18 (23, 28, 30 42, 47, 56) times, skip 1 Ch, Dc into last Ch – 97 (122, 147, 157, 217, 242, 287) Sts
Row 2 (Right Side): Ch 3, turn, work 4 Dc into Ch space, (Ch 1, 4 Dc) into each Ch space across, Dc into top of last St – 97 (122, 147, 157, 217, 242, 287) Sts
Row 3: Ch 4 (first Dc + Ch 1), turn, Dc into next St, (Dc, Ch 3, Dc) into each Ch-1 St across, (Dc, Ch 1, Dc) into top of last St – 96 (121, 146, 156, 216, 241, 286) Sts

Repeat Rows 2-5 until 43 (51, 67, 111, 111, 123, 127) rows complete (ending on a Row 3 repeat). Fasten off.
Border
With Right Side of Blanket facing, join yarn into right side of last St in Row 1.
Round 1: Ch 3, Dc into same space, work 2 Dc into every row end across Right side. Ch 3 at corner. Continue working across last row formed: 2 Dc in 1st Ch space, 4 Dc in each Ch-3 space across, 2 Dc into last Ch space. Ch 3 at corner. Continue working across Left side: 2 Dc into every end row across. Ch 3 at corner. Continue working across Row 1: 2 Dc into 1st Ch-1 space, 4 Dc in each Ch-4 space across, 2 Dc into last Ch-space. Ch 3 (corner), Sl St to join into top of first St.
Round 2-3: Ch 3, work 1 Dc into each St around, (Dc, Ch 3, Dc) into 2nd Ch of each Ch-3 corner. Sl St into top of first St to join.
Finishing
Fasten off, sew in all ends.
