Welcome to the ACA, I’m Salena!

I picked up a crochet hook at age 5 — and honestly, I’ve never put it down.

Since 2009 I’ve published over 500 patterns, authored 17 crochet books (including this Learn How To Crochet book), taught 2 courses with Craftsy, and launched the American Crochet Association.

My goal is to help pass crochet to the next generation in better hands than we found it. If you love crochet as much as I do, let’s reach our goals together!
